Research Manager

Joseph "Joe" Taylor has 10 plus years experience researching and recruiting both locally and nationally in a variety of verticals, including finance, accounting, eDiscovery, and sports industries. A native of Houston, Texas, Joe graduated from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina with a BA in Finance and Accounting. Joe's responsibilities as Research Manager focus on identifying and recruiting outstanding talent in a variety of roles for our most valued clients.



Administrative Manager

Maura has recently joined the organization in the role of Administrative Manager. Maura’s responsibilities will include the design, the management of, and the updating of the company’s web site, as well the day to day operational functions of the practice. Since graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University, Maura has a history of rapid promotions and increased management responsibilities for  a variety of organizations. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from The University of Houston in August of 2019. Maura’s proven ability to simultaneously juggle many projects while continuing to think creatively will be a major asset for M Desmond Recruiting.
